If your produce arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, you must contact our support team at info@cpagroindustries.com within 2 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the items and your Order ID.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
